Stuart joined Kantar Media in 2019 to develop cross-media audience measurement currency services with JICs and similar industry organisations across Europe and beyond.

He leads Kantar Media’s public affairs work via the newly founded Audience Measurement Coalition and with IAB Europe where he has served on the Executive Board.

Prior to Kantar he was SVP Industry Relations in EMEA for Comscore, focused on internet audience measurement across Europe.

He started his career over 25 years ago at BPA Worldwide, a global audit bureau of circulations, working on their first generation of cross-media auditing.

Throughout his career the question of metrics, measurement and value of cross-platform media consumption and exposure has been the constant theme.
